Process Furnaces
On top of offering the main heat treatments, BMI’s vacuum furnaces can be equipped, optionally, with a special process allowing thermochemical treatment or other specific treatment on the metal parts or sub-assemblies.
These include:
- Low-pressure Nitriding ALLNIT® offered on our range of tempering furnaces, type B5_R
- Low-pressure Carburising ALLCARB® offered on our range of high temperature furnaces, oil and/or gas quenching
- Sub-zero cryogenic treatment *COOL PLUS* offered on our range of tempering furnaces, type B5_R
- Plasma nitriding offered on the furnaces of the VI6_ family, exclusively dedicated to plasma nitriding
